HISTORY OF ALEBOR GROUP

2009

The history of the company started in 2009 when Oleksiy Kustov and his foreign partners acquired a former regional consumer union base in Khrystynivka town, Cherkassy region. Initially the company was registered as grain and oilseeds collecting station with further shipment by railway. A small automated point for intake of 25 tons of grain was constructed.

Over time throughput capacity reached 10 000 tons. The company was named Khrystynivske Grain-Collecting Station. At the same time partners worked at the development its trading activities.

2011

The second stage of silo facility with 11 500 tons of storage capacity was commissioned at Khrystynivske Grain-Collecting Station.

Providing grain and oilseeds delivery to sea ports, Trading Division of the company has shipped over 200 000 tons of grain during two years.

2013

According to season’s results Khrystynivske Grain-Collecting Station has transshipped 290 000 tons of grain and oilseeds, having made 7 storage capacity turnovers. Launching of BOLEKO Transport company with truck fleet comprising 7 MAN trucks. Mykola Machnevych becomes the Director of BOLEKO Company.

2014

Group of Companies got new name – Alebor Group. Alebor Group initiated construction of grain elevator in Voronovytsya village near Vinnytsya city. Projected storage capacity is 116 000 tons.

A new phase of Khrystynivske Grain-Collecting Station facility construction is commissioned. As a result, onsite storage capacity has increased form 42 000 to 74 000 tons. Throughput capacity of transportation systems is 350 tons per hour. At the same time three automated intake lines allow to promptly ship 5 000 tons of grain per 24 hours. Due to the increase of its drying capacities Khrystynivske Grain-Collecting Station achieved total capacity of drying of 3 500 tons of grain per 24 hours.

Voronovytske Grain-Collecting Station started to intake new season’s crop. On-site storage volumes of the enterprise make up 50 000 tons.

Formal opening of new modern silo with on-site storage capacity of 50 000 tons of grain was celebrated at Voronovytske Grain-Collecting Station.

2015

For the first time in its history the Group of Companies took part at XXVII International Agro-Industrial Exhibition AGRO-2015

Official opening of the second building stage of Voronovytske Grain-Collecting Station. On-site storage capacity increased to 104 000 tons.

Truck fleet of BOLEKO Company increased to 77 units of modern grain trucks and currently comprises 47 MAN heavy grain trucks and 30 KAMAZ trucks.

Alebor Group successfully started residential construction investments. Alebor Real Estate, a construction company operating under European quality standards, was integrated into the Group of Companies.

2016

Alebor Group celebrated its 7th anniversary, summarizing the results of previous years.

Alebor Group became title sponsor of the 7th final stage of the championship of Ukraine in cross-country «Ukrainian Cross-Country» – «ALEBOR RACE». Participation in social and sporting life became of the nation is a good tradition for Alebor Group Company.

2017

Construction of Chesne Grain -Collecting Station is commenced in Balta (Odesa region). This modern elevator is projected for 27 500 tons of onsite storage capacity of grain and oilseeds.

Truck fleet of Boleko Transport company is expanded to 60 MAN and KAMAZ units. Now we also have our combine harvesters fleet consisting of 5 modern CLAAS Lexion 600 combines.

Since that time Alebor Group provides full range of services to grain producers – from harvesting crops in the field, transporting, handling and storage in silos to sales at the most beneficial prices.

Alebor Group of Companies became official sponsor of II International Grain Conference «Grain Ukraine».

2018

Construction works started simultaneously at all 3 grain-collecting stations belonging to Alebor Group with the purpose to upgrade the facilities and increase their capacities by 112 600 tons. As a result, total onsite storage capacity of grain and oilseeds will achieve 315 000 tons.

Truck fleet of Boleko freight-forwarding company is also expanded. Now it comprises 90 MAN, 60 KAMAZ grain trucks, 10 CLAAS Lexion 600 combine harvesters, 5 John Deere tractors and 5 PBN-40 reloading trailers.
