As of the end of 2017 Alebor Group of Companies holds the assets in agrisector of Ukraine which allow transshipping of more than 1,000,000 tons of grain per year. These volumes are supplyed by 3 modern elevators with total storage capacity of 2015,000 tons where “dry port” concept is implemented. They are able to intake 12,000 tons of grain per 24 hours, dry 10,000 tons of grain per 24 hours and ship 8,000 tons of grain per 24 hours (120 rail cars).
Moreover, Alebor Group of Companies also includes 2 freight-forwarding companies with totlal vehicle fleet comprising 170 heavy grain trucks and combine harvesters fleet – 5 CLAAS Lexion units. It helped to harvest 12,000 ha of land in 2017.
The investmentsplanned for 2018 purport the development of all the enterprises included into the group of companies. According to the plan storage capacity will increase by almost 60% to 315,000 tons, drying capacity will grow up to 15,000 tons per 24 hours and harvested areas will expand to 30,000 ha.
Significant upgrading awaits for the first-born elevator of Alebor Group – Khrystynivske Grain-Collecting Station, from which, actually, the history of the Group of Companies began. The existing capacities were reached in summer 2014, and now it time for the new stage of development.
It is planned to increase total storage capcities of the elevator by 60,000 tons. In order to do this, 6 SMVU.275.16.B12.A silo bins with storage capacity of 10,000 tons each will be purchased. Moreover, 1 more operational SMVU.110.14.К45.В12.А silo bin with storage capacity of 1,500 tons for moisty and uncleaned grain.
Thus, total storage capacity of Khrystynivske Grain-Collecting Station will be even more than planned according to initial project and will make 135,000 tons.
Column type energyefficient Brice-Baker dryer will also be expanded. After upgrade it will be able to provide drying capacity of 6,500 tons of grain per 24 hours (this figure will be 40% up).
Truck fleet of Khrystynivske Grain-Collecting Station will be enlarged by 5 MAN grain trucks. Also 2 pairs of scales will be purchased and access way to the elevator will be built. A special ground with garage for trucks settling will be constructed. Short-term plans also provide for new laboratory and site improvements.
