About a month has passed since our first visit to Voronovytske Grain-Collecting Station of Alebor Group of Companies, where currently the works on capacity increase are in progress.
Let’s remind that it is planned to install:
3 flat-bottom silo of KMZ Industries production 27.5 m in diameter and 10.300 tons of storage capacity each.
4 operational cone-shaped bottom silo bins with storage capacity of 1.5 th tons each (KMZ Industries).
Brice-Baker dryer (of KMZ Industries production) with productive capacity of 1.5 – 2 tons per 24 hours.
Previous time we left the construction site at the following stage:
Excavation for the new facilities was done;
Tamping of natural broken stones in the excavation under future operating silo bins was in progress;
The lower underground basement gallery for one of silo bin was cast;
Pre-construction works at the platform for installation of new dryer were performed.
Dmytro Vyhinnyi, Director of Voronovytske Grain-Collecting Station invites us to see the changes occurred at the enterprise for the period of our absence. And we, in our turn, suggest you to have a look at the progress of new capacities construction at the elevator.
Since our previous meeting we’ve managed to make concrete casting of foundations of two operational silo bis. Tomorrow the cementing of upper grounds will be done. After that we can start mounting the first 2-hopper silo bins, — Dmytro Vyhinnyi tells.
He adds that pouring concrete for the rest two foundations will be accomplished by the end of the following week. For the present moment about 55 m³ (about 5-6 trucks) of cement mortar was used to outfit the foundations for operational silos.
