Alebor Group and Elevatorist.com started the joint project concerning HACCP procedures application at silo facilities – “HACCP in practice. Grain elevators of Alebor Group”.
Alebor Group told about HACCP system requirements on grain food production facility infrastructure.
This issue will specify the requirements on grain storage within the silo, grain intake and shipment. Alebor Group’s companies also told about proper pests control – how to prevent damaging of grain by birds and rodents.
Let us remind that case study of three silo facilities of Alebor Group, namely, Khrystynivske, Voronovytske and Chesne Grain-Collecting Stations demonstrates the peculiarities of HACCP system application in real life and key issues to be taken into consideration in application of risk assessment system procedures.
Our project’s technical expert – Svitlana Fesenko, an international auditor, will provide her guidelines on HACCP procedures application.
