Alebor Group and Elevatorist.com start the joint project concerning HACCP procedures application at silo facilities – “HACCP in practice. Grain elevators of Alebor Group”
The case of three silo facilities of Alebor Group, namely, Khrystynivske, Voronovytske and Chesne Grain-Collecting Stations will demonstrate how HACCP system works and key issues to be taken into consideration in application of risk assessment system procedures.
The project will consist of a few parts. In the first issue we will get you acquainted with the silo access, sampling and laboratory operation demands.
In the following issues we’ll tell about the requirements of silo infrastructure conformity, HACCP demands concerning silo sites and documentation accompanying application of the procedures.
Moreover, our project’s technical expert – Svitlana Fesenko, an international auditor, will provide her guidelines on HACCP procedures application.
Publishing of the first issue is planned for the next week.
